KP Juris is led by its Principal, whose background spans more than 20 years across entrepreneurship, business leadership, product and commercial strategy, corporate management and transactions. That experience has been gained on the operating side of businesses: building and running ventures, negotiating commercial arrangements, managing corporate affairs and taking transactions from first discussion to completion.

The firm's focus on property, transactions and tax disputes reflects where that experience runs deepest, and where business owners most often need an adviser who understands both the commercial stakes and the legal framework. Where a matter calls for skills outside the firm's scope, KP Juris works alongside chartered accountants, company secretaries and other authorised professionals.
